Your story doesn't have to be the same as anyone else's. And no matter
how you survived, there is something in your story that can create
healing and assist others in their journeys for answers.
And if you want to reccomend anything in particular that you feel is
very valuable, please share it! Everyone's path to their answers is
different, it is not always the same things that work for each person.
